We understand that the promotional and gift’s items, the quality and delivery is very important for the client. We control & Check All the steps of production, from logo confirmation, the purchasing of material, start day of cutting material, send pre-production samples for confirmation, production schedule, packing requestion, and shipping the bulk to catch the closing date.
If any problem, we will immediately corrected, then report all to client.
